Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zy99 website, registering an account, or using any product or service provided by zy99, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all services offered by zy99, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, jackpot slots, cockfighting events, and any promotional offerings.

zy99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the zy99 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and zy99.

Eligibility

Access to and use of zy99 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of the criteria below to register and maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zy99 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false date of birth information to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional account registration is not permitted without prior written agreement with zy99.
• You must not be accessing zy99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when placing bets or conducting transactions on zy99.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of zy99 or any of its affiliated entities, unless prior written authorisation has been obtained.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on zy99 at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

When registering your zy99 account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistan mobile number.
• Choose a secure, unique password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify zy99 promptly of any changes to your registered personal information.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested by zy99. This typically involves providing a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

zy99 reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend existing accounts at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the provision of false information or where account activity triggers risk or compliance concerns.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All zy99 player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zy99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved Pakistan payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Meezan Bank.

The following transaction terms apply to all zy99 accounts:

• The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR via mobile wallets (Easypaisa / JazzCash). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may differ and will be displayed in the cashier at time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to zy99's verification requirements.
• zy99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from an account or mobile wallet registered in the name of the zy99 account holder.
• zy99 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, bank, or mobile operator in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals.
• zy99 may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a player's account as part of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

zy99 reserves the right to apply processing fees to withdrawals in certain circumstances. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to the player prior to the withdrawal being processed. Real-money balances in PKR do not earn interest while held in a zy99 account.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

zy99 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which will be published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

General bonus terms applicable to all zy99 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and over only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• zy99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotional incentive at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geographically restricted offers, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on zy99 — including sports betting markets (such as Test Cricket and HBL PSL), casino games, jackpot slots, and cockfighting events — are subject to zy99's game-specific rules, which are published within each product section of the platform.

• A bet is confirmed once it has been accepted by the zy99 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not valid.
• zy99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed after the outcome of an event has been determined.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software malfunction during a game or bet, zy99 will determine the outcome based on the data recorded by its systems at the point of failure. zy99's determination shall be final in all such cases.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply across all zy99 products and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time due to match events, rule changes, or platform risk management requirements.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zy99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: using zy99 as a vehicle for depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino and cockfighting events.
• Automated Software: using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with zy99 games or betting markets.
• Exploitation of Errors: knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to place bets or extract funds.
• Multiple Accounts: registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider on deposits made to zy99 without first contacting zy99 support to resolve the dispute.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zy99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zy99 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zy99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any zy99 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the zy99 platform.
• Using zy99 branding, logos, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or programmatically extracting content or odds data from the zy99 platform.

Responsible Gaming

zy99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary temporary or permanent self-exclusion from zy99. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access promotional offers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zy99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues that affect game outcomes or transaction processing.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party Pakistan banks or mobile wallet operators.

zy99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be entirely free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Account Suspension & Closure

zy99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with criminal conduct.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the restriction of account access.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their zy99 account may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's most recently used Pakistan payment method, subject to completion of all required verification checks and after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities.

Amendments to These Terms

zy99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zy99 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

If a player does not agree to amended terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure. Continued use of zy99 following the effective date of any updated terms constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of zy99 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. zy99 operates under the regulatory framework applicable to its operational jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and zy99, the following process applies:

2. Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it may be escalated to zy99's compliance team for review. A final decision will be communicated in writing.
3. Records are Final: In all matters relating to disputed bets or game outcomes, zy99's transaction logs and server records shall be the authoritative source of truth.
