zy99's live chat support team is available 24/7 from inside your account dashboard. For non-urgent queries, email support@zy99.win and we'll respond promptly.
Section 1 — Account & Registration
Creating a zy99 account is straightforward. Visit zy99.win and click the registration button, then enter your Pakistan mobile number, choose a secure password, and confirm your details. Your account is typically activated within a few minutes. You must be 18 or older to register — zy99 is strictly an adult platform.
zy99 uses a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify player identities. You will typically be asked to provide a clear copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). zy99 may also request a selfie holding your CNIC for additional confirmation. KYC is required before processing larger withdrawals and is a legal obligation zy99 takes seriously.
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the zy99 login page. Enter your registered Pakistan mobile number and follow the SMS verification steps to create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact zy99 support via live chat or email at support@zy99.win and the team will assist with account recovery.
No. zy99 permits one account per player, per household, and per device. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of the zy99 Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact zy99 support immediately.
To permanently close your zy99 account, contact the support team via live chat or by emailing support@zy99.win and request account closure. Any real-money PKR balance remaining will be refunded to your most recently used payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account — after all required verification checks are completed. Bonus balances are forfeited on closure.
Section 2 — Deposits & Withdrawals
Log in to your zy99 account, go to the cashier section, and select Easypaisa as your payment method. Enter your Easypaisa-registered Pakistan mobile number and the PKR amount you wish to deposit — the minimum is 500 PKR. You will receive an Easypaisa OTP to authorise the payment. Successful Easypaisa deposits are credited to your zy99 account within a few minutes.
Yes, JazzCash is one of zy99's supported deposit methods. In the cashier, select JazzCash, enter your JazzCash mobile number and the amount in PKR, then authorise the payment using the JazzCash OTP sent to your phone. Deposits via JazzCash are typically credited within minutes. The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash is 500 PKR.
Most zy99 withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash are processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating hours. In some cases — particularly for first-time withdrawals or where additional verification is required — processing may take up to 24 hours. zy99 aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Delays caused by your mobile wallet provider are outside zy99's control.
The minimum withdrawal amount on zy99 is 1,000 PKR for mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast). For bank transfers to HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, or Meezan Bank, the minimum may be higher — check the cashier at the time of your withdrawal request for the current threshold applicable to your chosen method.
zy99 does not charge its own fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank, Easypaisa account, or JazzCash wallet may apply their own transaction charges, which zy99 has no control over. Any fee that zy99 itself applies in specific circumstances — such as inactive account processing — will always be communicated clearly to you in advance.
As a general rule, zy99 processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering (AML) requirement. If you need to use a different account — for example if your Easypaisa number has changed — contact zy99 support before submitting the withdrawal request. Additional verification may be required.
Section 3 — Games & How to Play
zy99 offers hundreds of slot titles including Ganesha Gold — our headline jackpot slot — alongside a broad library of classic reels, video slots, and progressive jackpots. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are displayed in each game's information panel before you play. Most zy99 slots carry RTPs in the 94% to 97% range, which is standard across regulated online casino platforms.
zy99's Cockfighting section streams live arena matches and allows players to bet on the outcome in real time. You select a match, choose which side you're backing, enter your PKR stake, and confirm your bet before the match begins. Results are determined by the live match outcome. All Cockfighting events on zy99 are produced by licensed arena event providers and are subject to standard zy99 betting rules.
Yes. The full zy99 platform — including slots, live casino, Test Cricket betting, Jackpot Slots, and Cockfighting — is fully optimised for mobile browsers on Android and iOS. No app download is required; simply open zy99.win in your mobile browser, log in, and play. The mobile interface adjusts automatically to your screen size for a comfortable experience on any device.
Sic Bo is a dice-based live casino game where you bet on the outcome of three dice rolled by a live dealer. On zy99, you place PKR bets on outcomes such as small total (4–10), big total (11–17), specific triples, or individual number combinations. The dealer rolls the dice and winnings are paid according to the odds for each bet type. Sic Bo is available in zy99's live casino lobby.
zy99's Test Cricket section covers international Test matches involving Pakistan and major cricketing nations, including HBL Pakistan Super League fixtures. You can bet on match winner, top batsman, highest first-innings score, session totals, and other markets. Odds are updated in real time as the match progresses. All Test Cricket bets are subject to zy99's standard sports betting rules, including void and settlement policies for abandoned matches.
All casino games on zy99 — slots, live dealer games, and table games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. Live dealer games are streamed from professionally operated studios with real cards, dice, and roulette wheels to ensure transparent, verifiable outcomes. zy99 does not manipulate game outcomes and publishes RTP information for all slot titles.
Section 4 — Promotions & Benefits
zy99 offers a welcome bonus to newly registered players on their first deposit. The bonus details — including the match percentage and minimum qualifying deposit in PKR — are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. To claim it, simply make your first deposit and the bonus is credited automatically to your account. Welcome bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet through a bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable as real money. For example, a 500 PKR bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 10,000 PKR before the bonus converts. On zy99, your progress toward the wagering requirement is tracked in real time in your account dashboard. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering — check the specific bonus terms.
Yes. zy99 rewards regular players through an ongoing loyalty programme where consistent play earns points redeemable for PKR bonuses, free spins on featured slot titles, and exclusive promotions. Higher activity levels unlock better tiers with improved rewards, faster withdrawals, and dedicated account support. Full programme details — including tier thresholds and point conversion rates — are available in the promotions section of your zy99 account.
Bonus fund eligibility varies by promotion. Some zy99 bonuses are valid across all product categories including slots, live casino, cricket betting, and Cockfighting. Others may be restricted to specific game types — for example, a slots-only free spin offer. Always review the individual promotion terms displayed alongside each offer in your zy99 account to confirm which games qualify before using bonus funds.
Section 5 — Safety & Responsible Gaming
The minimum age to register and play on zy99 is 18 years. This is a strict, non-negotiable policy that applies to all zy99 products — sports betting, casino games, slots, and Cockfighting. zy99 conducts age verification checks and may request CNIC documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
Log in to your zy99 account and go to the Responsible Gaming section of your dashboard. There you can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits, enable session time reminders, activate reality checks, or request a cooling-off period. Limit reductions take effect immediately. If you need urgent help activating any tool — especially self-exclusion — contact zy99 support via live chat for immediate action.
Self-exclusion can be requested through the Responsible Gaming section of your zy99 account dashboard or by contacting zy99 support directly via live chat or by emailing support@zy99.win. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. The minimum exclusion period is 6 months. During exclusion, your account is fully locked, all marketing is suppressed, and any remaining real-money PKR balance is refunded to your registered payment method.
zy99's responsible gaming support team is available 24/7 via live chat from within your account or by emailing support@zy99.win. Our team can activate self-exclusion, deposit blocks, or cooling-off periods immediately. For clinical and professional support with problem gambling, zy99 strongly recommends speaking with a qualified healthcare professional or counsellor in Pakistan. Your family doctor can refer you to appropriate services. You do not have to face this alone.
